You will need the following to complete your registration:

  • Payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of registration. Please have your card ready to process payment. If you need to pay by bank transfer, please contact [email protected] (please note a €25 admin fee is payable on all bank transfer transactions).
  • Your Company’s Tax Number – only if you require it on your invoice.
  • If you require a visa invitation letter, please have your passport information available.

Discounted Registration

A 10% discount on Industry and Academia registration fees is available to:

  • Institutional Members of the European Federation of Biotechnology (EFB)
  • Employees of the Vlaams Instituut voor Biotechnologie (VIB)
  • Members of the Asian Federation of Biotechnology (AFOB)

Cancellation Policy:

All registration cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected]

All cancellations will incur a €25 administration charge.

  • Up to 03/05/2026 – A full refund minus a €25 admin fee will be given. 
  • Up to 02/06/2024 – A 50% refund minus a €25 admin fee will be given.
  • After 02/06/2024 – No refund will be given.

Visa refusals will be refunded according to the cancellation policy above.

Name changes can be made at any point without charge.

Refunds will be received to the payment account 5-10 working days after confirmation of receipt of the cancellation email.

Transactions:

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd.
